Built for the way modern shops operate

One platform, whatever your shop looks like

Independent repair shops

Run the whole shop from one screen — bays, jobs, approvals, and cash — without stitching together five different tools.

Growing multi-location groups

Add a second and third location with one operating standard, shared roles, and a consolidated view of every store.

Franchise networks

Location-scoped access and organization-level reporting give leadership visibility without taking control away from each store.

Fleet service centers

High-volume intake, digital inspections, and clear approval trails keep fleet work moving and documented.

The problem

Most shops run on disconnected systems and guesswork

Fragmented tools cost you time, approvals, and visibility. ApexPitCore replaces the patchwork with one connected system.

Before ApexPitCore
  • Disconnected systems. Scheduling, estimates, inspections, and accounting live in separate tools that don't talk.
  • Repeated data entry. The same customer and vehicle typed in again and again, with errors along the way.
  • Phone-tag approvals. Waiting on callbacks to authorize work while the bay sits idle.
  • Unclear technician status. No single place to see who's on what job and what comes next.
  • Inventory surprises. Parts you thought you had, and reorders that happen too late.
  • Delayed reporting. Numbers that arrive at month-end, long after you could have acted on them.
With ApexPitCore
  • One connected workflow. Appointment to payment in a single system, entered once.
  • Digital customer approvals. Customers approve or decline from their phone, with a clear record.
  • A real-time workboard. Every job and bay visible, with owners and next steps.
  • Technician accountability. Assigned jobs, timers, and inspections tied to the repair order.
  • Location-aware inventory. Quantities, low-stock alerts, and purchasing where the work happens.
  • Live operating intelligence. Revenue, margin, and performance while there's still time to act.
One connected workflow

From appointment to payment, in one system

Not twelve unrelated tools — a single flow your whole team works in. Data is entered once and follows the job to the end.

Repair orders & workboard

Everyone knows what's happening, what's next, and who owns it

The repair-order workspace holds the whole job — services, parts, labor, notes, and status — while the live workboard shows every bay at a glance.

  • Complete RO lifecycle with promise times
  • Line-item parts and labor
  • Technician assignment and status
  • Quality control before pickup

Digital inspections & approvals

Photo- and video-backed inspections your customers actually trust

Technicians document condition with photos and video, right from the bay. Each finding carries a recommended fix with pre-priced parts and labor pulled from your templates — so advisors never retype a price — and customers approve or decline each line from their phone.

  • Photo & video on every finding
  • Green / yellow / red condition ratings
  • Pre-priced parts & labor from your templates — no re-entering prices
  • Per-line customer approval with electronic authorization on file

Technician experience

Purpose-built technician workflows for shop tablets

Technicians see their assigned work, start and stop labor timers, file inspections, and request parts — without leaving the bay.

  • Assigned jobs and active timers
  • Inspection filing with photos
  • Parts requests
  • Optimized for shop tablets

Inventory & parts

Know what's on the shelf before the job needs it

Track quantities by location, get low-stock alerts, and manage purchase orders and receiving. Barcode scanning speeds up counts and lookups.

  • Location-level quantities
  • Low-stock alerts and reorder points
  • Purchase orders and receiving
  • Barcode scanning

Full inventory (POs, receiving, movements) is included from the Professional plan. Live vendor-catalog ordering is on the roadmap.

Invoicing & payments

Clean invoices, reconciled automatically

Invoices pull labor, parts, fees, and tax straight from the repair order, and payments post against them — no re-keying.

  • Labor, parts, fees, and tax reconciled
  • Payments recorded against the invoice
  • Deposits and balances tracked
  • Customer receipt and history

About

Why I Built ApexPitCore

Samir Messaoudi, Founder of ApexPitCore
Samir Messaoudi
Founder, ApexPitCore

My name is Samir Messaoudi, and I'm the founder of ApexPitCore. My professional background is in manufacturing engineering. Throughout my career I've worked primarily in the aerospace, defense, and commercial manufacturing industries — environments where quality, productivity, traceability, communication, and accountability directly affect the success of the operation.

Much of my work has focused on solving complex operational problems: improving production processes, increasing throughput, reducing failures, improving first-pass yield, lowering costs, and building systems that let teams complete their work more consistently and efficiently. In these industries, operational problems can't be solved by simply asking people to work harder — the solution usually requires understanding the root cause, improving the process, making information easier to access, establishing clear responsibilities, and giving people the right tools.

That experience taught me an important lesson: many business problems are not caused by a lack of effort. They're caused by disconnected processes, missing information, unclear responsibilities, inconsistent procedures, and tools that don't work well together. When information is spread across multiple systems, spreadsheets, messages, and paper records, employees spend too much time searching for answers, managers react to problems after they happen, and owners struggle to understand what's happening inside their own business despite working long hours.

As I began studying how automotive repair shops operate, I recognized many of the same operational challenges I'd spent my career working to solve. The industries were different, but the underlying problems were familiar:

  • Information distributed across disconnected systems
  • Repeated data entry and unnecessary administrative work
  • Inconsistent processes
  • Limited real-time visibility
  • Unclear ownership and accountability
  • Problems discovered after they'd already affected the operation
  • Important decisions made without complete or timely information

That led me to a simple question: why not bring the same engineering discipline, operational visibility, and continuous-improvement principles used in demanding industries to automotive repair shops?

A repair shop may use one system for appointments, another for repair orders, separate tools for inspections and customer communication, spreadsheets for inventory, and additional software for accounting, payroll, reporting, and employee management. Even when each tool works on its own, the overall operation stays disconnected. Information becomes scattered, employees repeat the same work in multiple places, customers wait for updates, technicians lose time looking for information, and owners don't get a clear picture of the business until long after decisions needed to be made.

Shop owners shouldn't have to work harder simply because their software doesn't give them the visibility and control they need. They should be able to answer important questions quickly:

  • What is happening in the shop right now?
  • Which vehicles are waiting for inspection, approval, parts, or service?
  • Which technicians are available, productive, or falling behind?
  • Which parts need to be ordered or received?
  • Which services are generating profit?
  • Where is the business losing time or money?
  • How satisfied are customers?
  • How is each location performing?
  • What needs attention before it becomes a larger problem?

I started building ApexPitCore because I believe repair shops deserve a better way to operate. My goal wasn't to create another small tool that solves one part of the business. I wanted to bring proven engineering and operational principles into one connected platform that supports the entire shop — from the moment a customer schedules an appointment until the repair is inspected, estimated, approved, completed, paid for, and recorded in the vehicle's history.

That idea became ApexPitCore.
